DOPPEL is the first feature film of Fito Ridao, a delirious neo-noir fever dream that explores the depths a man’s obscur psyche (Doppel) through the investigation of a sudden attempt of suicide of a young aspiring model that supposedly has the simulator.

A young disenchanted man works with his partner “Doppel” in the search of the simulator: a device capable of creating an immersive virtual reality. When they both get involved in the depressing life of a young MODEL, they start to mistrust each to the point that Doppel disappears without a warning. His partner will try to find both him and the simulator, by following the bizarre trail (the model and a hikikomori) that Doppel left behind.
