It&#8217;s up to you if you think if that idea is worth your time and worth pursuing.<\/p><p>A film in a way is like a big puzzle that is yet to be completed and our mind tosses pieces of the puzzle at us and we can make it part of the whole or leave them behind. Accordingly, we&#8217;ll end up with one image or another depending on which pieces we&#8217;ve used to make our puzzle.<\/p><h3><strong>Where to start in the creative process?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Some people start at the end, some people start at the beginning of the movie. Others start with an atmosphere or a place, maybe a character or simply a trait. And every way of beginning and every way of creating is fine as long as you create something with it.<\/p><p>In creation is not about how you get there, it&#8217;s about getting there. And not knowing how you are going to end up there is one of the most fascinating and thrilling aspects of the creative process. You have to be bold in the sense of not letting fear scare you of what your heart tells you it&#8217;s a good idea but your head tells you that it isn&#8217;t.<\/p><p>The part your head and intellectual side of yourself has to play is of making the most sense of what idea your heart has decided to choose. In this way, both head and heart will work together to create something bigger&#8230;<\/p><h3><strong>Methodology in the creative process wins<\/strong><\/h3><p>Don&#8217;t get me wrong! It is NOT a matter of luck. It is about setting up a schedule in where you compromise to pay attention to what&#8217;s going through your head and writing them down on paper or in a Word document. It is work.<\/p><p>Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela, Nobel Prize winner of literature, said that he just wrote a page a day and that most of his time he would review his work. He worked for hours and hours on the same page and on what he had written before.
